      The contractual information is presented in Spanish and will be confirmed at the latest at the time of delivery.

      The prices of our products include all the taxes contemplated within the Customs Union of which Spain is a part, as provided in article 4 of Regulation (EU) No. 952/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 9 October 2013, which establishes the customs code of the Union. The taxes that accrue as a result of the export of goods outside this space will be paid by the customer. Likewise, the prices do not include transport costs.

      Only the Bank and PayPal have access to the bank data linked to these means of payment, so that Suara Store does not know or record these data during the payment operation.

      DELIVERY

      The supplier will send the products to the distribution warehouse, from where the products will leave whose final destination will be the address established by the buyer. The buyer will receive an email when the order has been collected by the carrier.

      Transport costs will be paid by the buyer.

      The purchase order that corresponds to the order will be available in Suara Store, once the payment is confirmed, which can be viewed through the link: "My Orders", from the issuance of the email. This original purchase order includes delivery costs and VAT.

      Suara Store will ask its customers to choose the place of delivery, specifying their address, office or center where they want the product delivered. The delivery time can be consulted in "Delivery Times".

      Suara Store will inform the customer of the departure of the order from the distribution warehouse, by sending an email.

      Each delivery is considered to have been made from the delivery of the product to the customer by the carrier, materialized by the control system used by the carrier. It is the responsibility of the recipient to check the order at the time of delivery and then make all reservations and claims that appear justified, even having the possibility of rejecting the package, if it had been opened or if it has obvious signs of deterioration.

      RETURN

      All products sold may be returned during 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, in accordance with the provisions of the Spanish Retail Trade Law.

      Previously, the client must indicate his intention by email. Suara Store will reply by means of another email specifying the precise instructions for the return of the product.

      The return costs will be borne by the customer.

      The refund of the amount paid for the returned garments will be made through a purchase voucher for said amount without expiration. The buyer will be able to consult this code in his Suara Store account. This voucher will be available to the customer within 7 days from receipt of the goods by Suara Store.

      The return may not take place in any case if the products supplied were manifestly subject to use.

      The products must imperatively be returned properly protected, in their original packaging, in perfect condition (not damaged or soiled by the customer) with all accessories, instructions and documentation. They will be sent to the place specified by Suara Store in the precise instructions for the return of the product sent by email.

      In the event that the return is not accepted by the supplier because it is understood that the product whose return is intended had been used, these products will remain in the distribution warehouse to be collected by the customer, for a period not exceeding thirty days from your return.

      Packages that do not contain any attached element that identifies the sender (order number, name, address, ...) cannot be returned either.

      The expenses and risks related to the return of the product will be borne by the sender, who must send them safely and with the necessary guarantees so that the returned merchandise arrives in perfect condition.

      Everyone who returns your product will receive an email informing you of the amount of your refund.

      WARRANTY

      The guarantees and after-sales services will be governed by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, which approves the text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.       Suara Store could not be held responsible for the breach of the contract entered into in the event of a shortage of stocks or unavailability of the product, force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike, in particular, of postal services and means of transport and / or communications, flooding or fire. In case of dispute, the member will go by priority to Suara Store to obtain an amicable solution.

      The Courts of Madrid are the only competent ones. These general conditions of sale will be interpreted in the Spanish language and will be carried out in accordance with Spanish law. Any disagreement that may arise due to its validity, its interpretation or its execution will be presented to the Madrid Courts, to which exclusive attribution of jurisdiction is expressly made.

      MODIFICATION OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
